Overview

This boat is a TEN!!  "SCOUT" is in true "Bristol Fashion" form.  Maintained professionally and cared for by her meticulous owner. This is a gorgeous express cruiser with classic downeast looks. Built with Maine tradition, her quality and craftsmanship are evident ! Powered by a single Volvo 465 hp diesel. She is fuel efficient and extremely well equipped. Her bow and stern thrusters allow for handling at the dock with ease. New electronics in 20012 and new canvas in 2013. She receives a weekly wash and chamois, as well as wax and fresh varnish monthly.  The spacious galley up configuration and adjacent dinette w/ large teak inlaid table, lends itself to endless entertaining with family and friends, while enjoying 360 degree views. The owner is reluctantly placing "Scout" on the market, only to accommodate his growing young family's busy schedule.

Descriptions

Manufacturer Provided Description
The Back Cove 33 offers tremendous value, great style and modern practicality. Below deck is a large and comfortable vee-berth, L-settee with pilot berth above, and a head with stall shower. On the helm deck, a full galley stretches out aft of the helm seat and to port is a dinette where four adults can sit and enjoy a meal. The inlaid table is a fine example of the Maine boat builder's craftsmanship and tradition, evident also throughout the Back Cove 33. Forward of the dinette, a double mate's seat is a comfortable perch for the navigator. The helm deck is airy and bright with overhead hatches, opening side windows and a center opening windshield. In her cockpit a large bench seat allows comfortable lounging while underway or when anchored in a peaceful cove. Engine access is extraordinary, as the helm deck including the port side dinette raises to expose the yacht's mechanical systems.
