CONSTRUCTION, HULL & FOREDECK:
Blister-resistant modified epoxy resin in the entire hull skin. Laminated end-grain balsa core hull side and top sides. Custom blended polyester resin is used in structural laminates, top sides, bridges, and hardtops. Solid FRP reinforced keel. Stringers are FRP-encapsulated foam. Vacuum bagged composite bulkheads. High-performance isophthalic gelcoat top-coated with durable high gloss polyurethane coating. Molded FRP helm bridge floor/ engine room ceiling with Divinycell core for acoustic and thermal insulation. Infused FRP fuel and holding tanks sealed to the hull with resin foam. All cockpit hatches are built using resin transfer molding. Metals are brushed aluminum or 316L stainless steel. Full waterline up professional Awlgrip paint job in 2021 including; topsides, housetops, hardtops, decks & non-skid.
